- Metro cities may receive orders faster (2–4 days)
- Remote areas may take slightly longer
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- You can track your order in real-time
Delivery Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- High order volumes
Philomex is not liable for delays caused by external courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your address and contact details are correct
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available on selected orders/locations
- Philomex reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call/WhatsApp
- Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled
Damaged Package on Delivery
- If the package appears damaged, please record an unboxing video
- This is required for any replacement claims
