  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
  • Metro cities may receive orders faster (2–4 days)
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • You can track your order in real-time

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier issues
    • High order volumes

Philomex is not liable for delays caused by external courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected orders/locations
  • Philomex reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call/WhatsApp
  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled

Damaged Package on Delivery

  • If the package appears damaged, please record an unboxing video
  • This is required for any replacement claims
