Returns
At Philomex, we do not offer returns on any products once they are delivered.
Replacement Policy (7 Days)
We offer replacement only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
To Request a Replacement
Customers must:
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Provide order details (Order ID, name, etc.)
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Minor scratches/usage marks after use
- Incorrect usage of the product
- Delay in reporting beyond 7 days
Refunds
- We do not provide refunds
- Only replacement will be processed (if eligible)
Important Note
Philomex reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving any replacement request.
