Philomex – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Philomex, we do not offer returns on any products once they are delivered.


Replacement Policy (7 Days)

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

To Request a Replacement

Customers must:

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Provide order details (Order ID, name, etc.)
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.


Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor scratches/usage marks after use
  • Incorrect usage of the product
  • Delay in reporting beyond 7 days

Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds
  • Only replacement will be processed (if eligible)

Important Note

Philomex reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving any replacement request.
